Purpose | Te PŪTAKE

This Annual Plan Workshop will include further discussion of the four envelopes, and be an opportunity for you as a table to discuss a preferred approach for the Annual Plan and moving towards an LTP.

The Workshop will include:

1.       An overview of the Capital Programme

2.       Proposed changes to Fees and Charges

3.       Discussion of your positions regarding the four envelopes

This will give us further feedback to take and work material for you for 17 December, to give us a clear steer regarding the budget (rates increase) and approach to a community conversation or consultation, and development of the narrative for the Annual Plan.

That said, you may find you’re in a position to give us the clear steer on the 10th may mean you’re able to give us the clear steer on that day, but that will be for you to work through.

Staff will then continue work in January to develop the Annual Plan and material for the community conversation or consultation.
